in he -City c-of- Waterloo , Iowa , known as Contract No. 230 , and
WH ME;AS, the City Engineer did file said preliminary
specific-cations , form of contract , etc. , for the FY 1982 East San
Marnan .at' :Sears Street and Penneys Street Improvements , known as
Contra#,_No. 230 which were preliminarily approved on July 12 ,

W e'REA4 , a public hearing , upon notice , was held on August 2 ,
1982, andWobjections were made, now, therefore.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
that said proposed specifications , proposed form of contract and
bond , etc . , for the FY 1982 East San Marnan at Sears Street and
Penneys Street Improvements , in the City of Waterloo , Iowa , known
as Contract No. 230 , be , and the same are hereby approved as
filed.
Passed and adopted this 2 day of August , 1982.
