WREN'- AS , the City Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa ,
here:tofargfinstructed Brice, Petrides & Assoc. , Inc. to prepare
propsed specifications , form of contract , etc . , for the FY 1983
Pine'hurst Drainage Improvements , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa ,
known as Contract No. 242 , and
WHEREAS , the City Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications , form of contract , etc . , for the FY 1983 Pinehurst
Drainage Improvements , known as Contract No. 242 which were
preliminarilya approved on July 19 , 1982 , and

cc WHEREAS , a public hearing , upon notice , was held on August 2 ,
1982; and-:- no objections were made , now, therefore.
BE' '=IT7 RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
that said proposed specifications , proposed form of contract and
bond , etc.% for the FY 1983 Pinehurst Drainage Improvements , in
the City Of Waterloo, Iowa , known as Contract No. 242, be, and the
same are hereby approved as filed .
