INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING .

WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , shall
" meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7 : 00 P.M. on the 23 day of August , 1982, for the
purpose of considering a site plan for proposed construction of
Department of Correctional Services Bldg. to be located at E . 6th
and Lafayette Streets , now , therefore ,
, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
