cc CC RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN
N 3 } STATEMENT FOR WORK PERFORMED AND MATERIAL
C FURNISHED TO THE CITY OF WATERLOO AND
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY .
WHEREAS , certain contractor has performed work and
iiIrnIshed material in connection with various projects in the City
cf Waterloo, Iowa and
WHEREAS , the amount of the cost for said service rendered
by the said contractor, as shown below:
East Side Library Project--Meyers Sheet Metal Works ,
r) "" V' Inc. , -- $5 , 196. 00.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA :
that the above listed statement be paid on said contract for
services: rendered in connection with the above listed contract ,
in ttfe City of Waterloo, Iowa , and the Finance Director, be and he
is hereby , authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrant
accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to the said
contractor.
Passed and adopted this 2 day of August , 1982 .
