RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF
Vern Halverson , TO REZONE FROM "R-3" MULTIPLE FAMILY
RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO "C-Z" CONDITIONAL ZONING DISTRICT
A PARCEL OF LAND GENERALLY LOCATED NORTHWESTERLY OF
INTERSECTION OF WASHINGTON ST. , AND SHANNON COURT, AS
AUGUST 9 , 1982 AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS
IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF
HEARING.
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7: 00 P.M. on the 9 day of August , 1982 for the
purpose of considering and acting upon an application of Vern
Halverson to rezone from "R-3" Multiple Family Residence District
to "C-Z" Conditional Zoning District a parcel of land generally
located northwesterly of intersection of Washinton Street and
Shannon Court and legally described as follows :
Lot 10, Clark ' s Subdivision , City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County , Iowa
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 26 day of July , 1982.
