RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
TO BE GIVEN IN CHANGING SPEED LIMITS ON CERTAIN
STREETS WITHIN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS MONDAY
AUGUST 9 , 1982, AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN THE CITY HALL
COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH
NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , shall meet in the
Council Chambers in City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa , on august 9,
1982 at 7 :00 p .m. in the City Hall Council Chambers for the purposes of
considering and acting upon certain changes in speed limits on certain
city streets which include Ansborough Avenue , Burton Avenue , Campbell
Avenue, Cleveland Street, East Conger Street , East Donald Street,
Fletcher, East and West 4th Street , Idaho Street , Kimball Avenue , East
Mitchell Avenue, Orange Road, Park Road, Prospect Blvd . , River Road,
Shaulis Road , West 3rd Street , Westfield Avenue.
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT resolved by the Council of the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of time and
place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 26 day of July , 1982.
