RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH BRICE , PETRIDES ,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA , that
the* Agreement dated July 26 , 1982, for Engineering Design for
Hackett Road By-Pass , by and between Brice , Petrides , & Assoc . ,
Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa , and the City of Waterloo, Iowa , be and
the same is hereby approved , and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 26 day of July , 1982.
