' `- RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $ 14 , 217 . 07 ACCUMULATED
SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO FREDERICK W. TIMMERMAN
RETIRED AS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT IN THE

CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA.
WHEREAS , on the 8th day of July , 1982, Frederick W .
Timmerman will retire as an employee of the Fire Department in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa , and
WHEREAS , Frederick W. Timmerman has accumulated 238 days
of sick leave and is entitled to payment for same , and
WHEREAS , Frederick W. Timmerman has earned and is entitled
to 13 twenty-four hour days vacation pay , now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA, that Frederick W. Timmerman be paid the total sum of
$14 , 217 . 07 being payment in full for above mentioned sick leave
and earned vacation , and that the Finance Director be , and he is
hereby , authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrant
accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to Frederick W .
Timmerman .
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 19th day of July ,
1982 , approved by the Mayor on the 21st day , 1982.
