o v' .D RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF

TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
- ?" AGREEMENT BY MAYOR .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA, that
the Agreement dated July 12 , 1982, for repair & maintenance of
Municipal Extensions of Primary Roads , by and between the Iowa
Department of Transportation of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo , Iowa , be and the same is hereby approved , and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 12th day of July , 1982.
