BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA on its own motion and on certain petitions , that after
public hearing on July 12 , 1982, notice having been given
as required by law , it is deemed necessary advisable that
the following, alley be improved by oiling the same :
Alley between Bayard and Vermont from Fifth Street
Northwest 212 ' , fifteen feet wide ( 15 ' ) .
