A RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO DENNIS W. BUNGER *
657 CEDAR BEND STKE[T , AHD AUTHORIZING CONSTRUCTION OF
ONE ( l ) TEMPORARY CONCRETE DRIVEWAY IRRESPECTIVE OF A
LATTER OFFICIAL GRADE "
BE IT RESOLVED UY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA:

WHEREAS , Dennis W. BVnO8r, 657 Cedar Bend Street has made
written application to the City Council asking that he be
authorized and Permitted to construct one / l \ temporary concrete
driveway without respect to a permanent sidewalk grade when and if
the same n/ay be subsequently Set on 667 re-dar G8Od Street known as
UOpldtted Waterloo, East Part of GDV. Lot 3» designated at C0m. at
a point on West L1OS Cedar Bend Street , 520 feet North of I'J.Orth
Line of Lot G» Cedar Dale, North 100 Feet , West 250 Feet , South
100 Feet , East 250 Feet to beginning ; and
WHEREAS , it is the sense of the Council Of the City Of
Waterloo , Iowa , that said request should he granted , now ,
therefore ,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permission is hereby granted to
Dennis W. BVDger to construct one / l \ temporary concrete Ur1V8Nay
in accordance with the existing contour of the abutting land with
the subjective understanding and agreement between the City Of
Waterloo , T0Nd , and the said Dennis W. BUDger that , should at a
later date a permanent formal grad8 be established for sidewalk
purposes or otherwise, that th8 Said Dennis W. Bunger will
immediately thereafter, and at his Own expense , remove all or
whatever portion of temporary concrete driveway he may have
constructed, and rebuild or reconstruct the same in aCCVrda0Cg
with the permanent grade as may hereafter be set and established ,
the work to be dOOg under the supervision of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED , that the City Cl erk is authorized
and directed to forward a Certified copy of this reSolUtion to the
Black Hawk County Recorder for recording and the 8laCk Hawk County
Auditor for filing in Order that this said action may become d
matter of official County Record.
