s P.M. AT CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING
7 - ''CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa , shall
meet at City Hall Council Chambers at 7 : 00 P.M. in the City of
Waterloo for the purpose of considering and acting upon amendment
to Ordinance No. 2479, as amended , Zoning Ordinance , by amending
the " U- 1 " Unclassified District to allow junk and auto salvage
yards in said district , a copy of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
that the C-ii:y Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and pl &ce of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 6th day of July 1982.
