RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $6 ,399 . 32 ACCUMULATED
SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO MARC LATTIN, RETIRED AS
AN EMPLOYEE OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO , IOWA.
WHEI_ EAS , on the 6th day of July , 1982 , Marc Lattin will
retire as an employee of the Police Department in the City of
Waterloo , Iowa , and
WHEREAS , Marc Lattin has accumulated 544 hours of sick leave
and is entitled to payment for same , and
WHEREAS , Marc Lattin has earned and is entitled to 84 hours
vacation pay, now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA, that Marc Lattin be paid the total sum of $6 , 399. 32 being
payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation , and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby ,
authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum. and deliver the same to Marc Lattin .
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 6th day of July ,
1982 , approved by the Mayor on the 6th day of July , 1982.
