RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $890. 88 ACCUMULATED
c) 1 SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO JOSEPH MULNIX, RETIRED
s AS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS , on the 9th day of July , 1982 , Joseph Mulnix will
retire as an employee of the Police Department in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa , and
WHEREAS , Joseph Mulnix has earned and is entitled to 96
hours vacation pay, now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA, that Joseph Mulnix be paid the total sum of $890 . 88 being
payment 4n full for above mentioned vacation pay , and that the
Finance gtre.ctor be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and
ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the
same to Joseph Mulnix.
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 6th day of July ,
1982 , approved by the Mayor on the 6th day of July , 1982.
