Request for Qualifications/Proposals for
the Development of Renewable Natural
Gas Products for City of Waterloo lows
The City of Waterloo, Waste Management
Services, is seeking an investing partner
and desires to issue a Request for
Qualifications/Proposals for the Develop-
ment of Renewable Natural Gas Products
produced from biological breakdown of
waste from the Anaerobic Lagoon and
Wastewater Treatment Plant Anaerobic
Digesters. The investing partner required
will need to have the experience to
design, construct, own, operate and
maintain systems to clean the City's
Digester gas and Lagoon gas to natural
gas pipeline standards and market the
gas as a renewable natural gas product
including its environmental attributes.
