RESOLUTION APPROVING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT/
SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT WITH GUPPY'S ON THE GO,
1615 BISHOP AVENUE, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Acknowledgement/Settlement Agreement dated February 22,
2010, in the amount of $1,500.00, in conjunction with settlement
of violation of tobacco laws, by and between Guppy's On The Go,
1615 Bishop Avenue, Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of February, 2010.
