RESOLUTION NO. 2023-114
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 4 WITH STANLEY CONSULTANTS, INC., OF DES
MOINES, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,891.00, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2022 11TH STREET AND
PARK AVENUE BRIDGE REPLACEMENTS, CONTRACT NO.
1013, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 4, to a Professional Services Agreement with Stanley
Consultants, Inc., of Des Moines, Iowa, originally executed September 23, 2019, in the amount
of $6,891.00, in conjunction with the FY 2022 l lth Street and Park Avenue Bridge
Replacements, Contract No. 1013, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February 2023.
