RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPORT FOR THE
SUBMISSION OF INTENDED USE PLAN AND UPDATING
THE FACILITY PLAN TO THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
NATURAL RESOURCES FOR THE CATTLE CONGRESS
LIFT STATION FORCE MAIN PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the support for submission of the State Revolving Fund Intended Use Plan for the Cattle
Congress Lift Station Force Main Project, to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources, is
hereby accepted and approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February 2023.
