RESOLUTION NO. 2023-116
RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT AND
MEMORANDUM OF SERVICES WITH UNI FOR USE OF
PORTABLE STAGING AT YOUNG ARENA AND CEDAR
VALLEY SPORTSPLEX, AND AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement and Memorandum of Services with UNI for use of portable staging at
Young Arena and Cedar Valley SportsPlex, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February 2023.
