RESOLUTION NO. 2023-106
RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF BID TO PLAYCORE
WISCONSIN INC., DBA GAMETIME C/O CUNNINGHAM
RECREATION, OF FORT PAYNE, ALABAMA, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $100,000.00, AND APPROVING THE
PURCHASE CONTRACT IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY
2023 EDISON PARK PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, to PlayCore Wisconsin Inc., dba Gametime c/o Cunningham Recreation, of
Fort Payne, Alabama, submitted a bid in the amount of $100,000.00, in conjunction with the FY
2023 Edison Park Playground Equipment, and is the apparent low bidder, and
WHEREAS, PlayCore Wisconsin Inc., dba Gametime c/o Cunningham Recreation,
submitted a purchase contract, in conjunction with the FY 2023 Edison Park Playground
Equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA
1. That the bid of PlayCore Wisconsin Inc., dba Gametime c/o Cunningham Recreation, in
the amount of $100,000.00, in conjunction with the FY 2023 Edison Park Playground
Equipment, is hereby awarded.
2. That the Purchase Contract, submitted by PlayCore Wisconsin Inc., dba Gametime c/o
Cunningham Recreation, in conjunction with the FY 2023 Edison Park Playground
Equipment, are hereby approved.
3. That the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February 2023.
