RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR APPROVING
SITE PLAN FOR DETACHED GARAGE AT 1044 MOBILE STREET
FOR PAYNE MEMORIAL A.M. E . CHURCH.

IHEREAS;, Payne Memorial A.M. E . Church has proposed that the
. Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa , approve a site plan for
.detached garage at 1044 Mobile Street for Payne Memorial A.M. E .
Church, and legally described as follows :
Lots 1-111 and 13-17 in Block 13 of Rose Hill First Addition , in
`the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
WHEREAS , it is the opinion of this Council that said site plan
:should be approved as proposed, now, therefore,
BE IT IUSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
that the site plan for Payne Memorial A.M . E. Church , be and the
same is hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 28th day of June , 1982, approved by the
Mayer; this 30th day of June , 1982.
