WHEREAS , Lehman Trucking and Excavating, Inc of Waterloo ,
Iowa have under contract with the City of Waterloo , Iowa , dated
October 19 , 1981 , furnished certain materials and performed labor
in connection with F. Y . 1981 Warren Drive Storm Sewer Outlet ,
Contract No . 209, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa , and
0, 7. WHEREAS , the completion report of City Engineer for the work
ierformed and materials furnished by the said contractors under
,,,aid contract is $7 ,620. 39 ; and
WHEREAS , under the terms of said contract said contractors ,
Lehman Trucking and Excavating, Inc . , are to be paid 90% of the
monthly estfmates as furnished by the Engineers for the City of
Waterloo, Iowa , and
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA :
That the report of the Engineers be approved, said contractors ,
Lehman Trucking and Excavating , Inc. , be paid the sum of $7 , 620. 39
and the same be delivered to the said Lehman Trucking and
Excavating , Inc.
Passed and adopted this 28th day of June , 1982.
