= „r - WHEREAS , Jens Oleson and Sons Construction Company of
;.� Waterloo , Iowa have under contract with the City of Waterloo ,
c Iowa , dated January 28 , 1982, furnished certain materials and
performed labor in connection with Former East Side Library
Renovation-, in the City of Waterloo , Iowa , and
�a WHEREAS , the completion report of Building Official for the
a work performed and materials furnished by the said contractors
`p' under said contract is $9 ,477 for Meyers Sheet Metal , $4 , 998 for
c: Ideal Electric , $17 , 206 for Lincoln ' s Office Supply, and Jens

m �-- WHEREAS , under the terms of said contract said contractors ,
Jens Oleson and Sons Construction Company are to be paid 95% of
the monthly estimates as furnished by the Engineers for the City
of Waterloo , Iowa , and
-, ,8'EilIT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA :
That the-- report of the Building Inspector be approved , said
contractors , Jens Oleson and Sons Construction Company , be paid
the sum of $9 ,477 for Meyers Sheet Metal , $4 , 998 for Ideal
Electric , $17 , 206 for Lincoln ' s Office Supply and $28 ,407 for Jens
Oleson and Sons Construction Company and the same be delivered to
the said Jens Oleson and Sons Contruction Company.
Passed and adopted this 28th day of June , 1982 .
