• Y= 'S - BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
that the contract of Seals Construction of Waterloo , Iowa for the
F . Y . 1982 Sidewalk Repair Program, Contract No. 233 in the City of
Waterloo , Iowa signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa , by
the Mayor Pro-Tem and Clerk as of the 21st day of June , 1982 ,
together with the accompanying bond for the faithful performance
of said contract signed by the Vaughan and Pedersen Insurance
Company , Inc of Waterloo, Iowa , as surety thereon , be and the same
are hereby approved.
