A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE FEDERAL REVENUE
S c SHARING FUND THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY-EIGHT DOLLARS

r WHEREAS , the City Council passed the 1981-1982 Fiscal Budget
on March 3 , 1981 , allocating $49 , 150 for Park Equipment ; $30 ,000
for Recreation Equipment ; $16 ,000 for Clerk Equipment ; $54 ,000 for
r ngineer Studies and Improvement , $ 16 ,000 for Building Telephone
System; $13 , 000 for Garage Equipment and $60 ,428 for Street
,Equipment and Maintenance within the General Fund ; and
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA , that a transfer be made for the amount of
$238 , 578 from the Federal Revenue Sharing Fund to the General
Fund ; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be instructed to
certify a copy of this Resolution to the City Treasury Department
of the City of Waterloo , Iowa in order that said transfer be
made.
Passed and adopted this 21st day of June , 1982.
