A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE TRUST AND AGENCY
FUND THE SUM OF EIGHTY-THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED
SIXTEEN DOLLARS AND SIXTY-NINE CENTS ( $83 , 716 . 69 ) TO
THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS , the City Council passed the 1981- 1982 Fiscal Budget
on March 3 , 1981 allocating $251 , 574 for Police Insurance and
IPERS and $251 , 574 for Fire Insurance and IPERS within the General
Fund ; and
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of
$83 , 716 . 69 from the Trust and Agency Fund to the General Fund for
Insurance and IPERS costs within the Fire and Police Departments
budget as allowed by Section 384. 12 of the State Code of Iowa .
Passed and adopted this 21st day of June , 1982.
