RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2010
FULL SIZE SPORT UTILITY VEHICLE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Central Garage of
said City to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form
of contract, etc., for the Purchase of One (1) 2010 Full Size
Sport Utility Vehicle, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Central Garage did file said
preliminary specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc.,
for the Purchase of One (1) 2010 Full Size Sport Utility Vehicle,
which were preliminarily approved on February 1, 2010, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
February 22, 2010, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc., for the Purchase of One (1) 2010 Full
Size Sport Utility Vehicle, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be,
and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd da of February, 2010.
