RESOLUTION NO. 1982-238
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR CONWAY VICINITY PARKING
RAMP AND RETAIL AREA.
WHEREAS , a public hearing was held on June 14 , 1982 , at 7 : 00 P.M.
n, at City Hall Council Chambers , Waterloo, Iowa , as provided by law,
by the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , on the proposal to
approve said above mentioned site plan , and
WHEREAS , it is the opinion of this Council that said site plan
should be approved as proposed, now, therefore ,

. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
that the site plan for Conway Vicinity Parking Ramp and Retail
Area , be and the same is hereby approved .
