• hall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo ,
Idwa at 7 : 00 P.M . , on the 6th day of July , 1982 , for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a proposal to sell and convey a
cc,, portion of Lowell Avenue owned by the City of Waterloo , Iowa ,
descra;ld as follows :

-That portion of lowell Avenue lying north of the westerly
extension of the south lot line of Lot 10 , Block 112 ,
Riverview Addition and southerly of the westerly extension
