THE AMOUNT OF $15 , 068. 80 FOR SECTION I AND $14 , 737 . 00
FOR SECTION II .
F BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA:
m ; - _ _,-`That the bid of Seals Construction of Waterloo , Iowa , in the
v' amount of $15 , 068. 80 for Section I and $14 , 737 . 00 for Section II ,
for the construction of the Waterloo , Iowa , F. Y . 1982 Sidewalk
Repair Program, Section I and II , (Contract No. 233 ) , described in
the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council
for said project, after public hearing on published notice
required by law , be and is hereby accepted , the same being the
lowest bid received for said work .
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby directed to execute contract
with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements , said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
Passed and approved , this 14th day of June , 1982.
