RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST , ETC . , FOR
F . Y . 1982 SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM , CONTRACT NO. 233.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa ,
m heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
c proposed specifications , form of contract, etc . , for the F . Y . 1982
7 Sidewalk Repair Program , in the City of Waterloo , Iowa , known as
t— Contract No. 233, and
WHEREAS , said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications , form of contract , etc . , for the F . Y. 1982 Sidewalk
Repair Program , known as Contract No. 233 which were preliminarily
, approved on May 17 , 1982, and
v, - WHEREAS , a public hearing , upon notice , was held on June 7 ,
c;, 1982, and no objections were made, now, therefore.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
that said proposed specifications , proposed form of contract and
bond , etc . , for the F . Y . 1982 Sidewalk Repair Program, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa , known as Contract No . 233, be, and the same are
hereby , approved as filed .
Passed and adopted this 7th day of June , 1982.
