o BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, on its own
motion and on certain petitions, that after public hearing on June 7, 1982,
notice having been given as required by law, it is deemed necessary and
advisable that the following streets, avenues, drives, courts, alleys, etc.
and portions of streets, avenues, drives, courts and alleys, etc. be
improved by oiling the same:
Boston Avenue from Dale Street to Donald Street.
California Street from Waterloo R.R. to Shultz Street.
East Dale Street from East Fourth Street to Mildred.
Forest Avenue from West Eighth Street to West Ninth Street.
Hawver Court from Ankeny Street to East Fourth Street.
Hollywood Avenue from Movilla Stret to Alice Street.
Hollywood Avenue from Bob Kennedy' s Drive to South and West 400 feet.
Madison Street from Nevada Street to East Property Line of 116 Madison Street.
Mildred Street from East Dale Street to East Donald Street.
Polk Street from Colorado Street to Arizona Street.
West Second Street from Clough Street to Moir Street.
Thorson Street from Burton Avenue to West 200 Feet.
Short Street from Cottage Grove Avenue to Butler.
Alley between West Fourth and West Fifth Streets from Denver Street to Baltimore
Street.
Alley between Independence Avenue and Madison Street from Arizona Street to Idaho
Street.
Alley east of Kirkwood from Harwood Avenue to Bismark Avenue.
Alley between Thorson Street and Walker Street from Burton Avenue West 520 Feet.
Alley between Fowler Street and Courtland Street from Irving Street to Lane Street.
Alley between Hartman Avenue and Falls Avenue from Knoll Avenue to Cleveland Street.
