- WHEREAS , on the 7th day of June , 1982, the City Council of the

City of Waterloo , Iowa , passed and adopted Resolution No. 1982-219
being Resolution of Necessity for the oiling of various streets ,
avenues , d=rdves , courts , alleys , etc . and portions of streets , avenues ,
drives , courts , alleys , etc. in the City of Waterloo , Iowa , said
&streets , avenues , drives , courts , alleys , etc being described in said
,Resolution of Necessity.

NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA: that the streets , avenues , drives , courts , alleys , etc .
described in said Resolution of Necessity , being Resolution No. 1982-
which by this reference is made a part hereof with the same force and
effect as if set out herein verbatim, be improved by oiling the same and
that the cost and expense of said improvement be assessed against the
real estate abutting thereon .
That said work shall be done in accordance with the plans and
specifications on file in the Office of the Clerk/Auditor and shall be
done by the Superintendent of Streets under the direction of the City
Engineer and the Public Works Committee of this Council and an itemized
account of all the costs and expenses thereof shall be kept and a report
of the same made to this Council upon the completion of said work .
Passed and adopted this 7th day of June , 1982.
