0. RESOLUTION GRANTING A VARIANCE TO
ORDINANCE NO. 3094, NOISE ORDINANCE .

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA ,that Tunis Speedway be authorized to exceed the maximums of
the noise ordinance for July 5 , 1982 from 4 p .m to 9 : 30 p .m. with
. the stipulation that mufflers be used on each vehicle.
