F- (") NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
AS. FOLLOWS :

i- Section 1 - That the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo ,
t Iowa at 7 : 00 P. M . , on the 14th day of June , 1982 , for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate a portion
of building setback line in Central Heights Addition owned by the
City of Waterloo, Iowa , described as follows :
Southerly line of Lots 50 , 51 , 64 and 65 of Central
Heights Addition , City of Waterlo, Black Hawk County, Iowa .
Section 2 - That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 7th day of June , 1982.
