RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
tr ''HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SALE
r; H ; AND CONVEYANCE OF A PORTION OF ALLEY GENERALLY
(-LOCATED NORTH OF NEWTON STREET AND EAST OF FAIRVIEW
STREET , AS JUNE 14 , 1982 , AT 7 : 00 P.M . IN CITY HALL

CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA ,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 - That the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa at 7 : 00 P.M . , on the 14th day of June , 1982 , for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a proposal to sell and convey a
portion of alley generally located North of Newton Street and East
of Fairview Street owned by the City of Waterloo , Iowa , described
as follows :
a twenty ( 20) foot alley between Lot 6 of Bisdorf Subdi -
vision and Lot 4 of Burnside Plat which lies North of
Newton Street with the City ' s retention of an easement
over, under or above the described parcel .
Section 2 - That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 24th day of May , 1982.
