RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT AND BOND
OF CARDINAL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
FOR THE RATH FOUNTAIN AND SHIREY PLAZA IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO , IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
that the contract of Cardinal Construction Company of Waterloo ,
Iowa for the Rath Fountain and Shirey Plaza in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa , signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , by
the Mayor and the Deputy Clerk as of the 24th day of May , 1982 ,
together with the accompanying bond for the faithful performance
of said contract signed by the Vaughan and Pedersen Insurance Co.
of Waterloo, Iowa , as surety thereon , be , and the same are hereby ,
approved.
Passed and adopted this 24th day of May , 1982 .
