RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SITE
PLAN FOR A PROPOSED CONWAY VICINITY PARKING RAMP AND
RETAIL AREA AS JUNE 14, 1982, AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN THE
COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH
NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7 : 00 P.M. on the 14th day of June , 1982, for the
purpose of considering a site plan for a proposed Conway Vicinity
Parking Ramp and Retail Area to be located along Commercial Street
and between West Fourth and West Fifth Streets, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 24th day of May, 1982.
