s RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF IOWA METAL LO-K-TORS
< 5 CLUB FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO.
7+ 3094 FOR MAY 16 , 1982 AT HOPE MARTIN PARK.
WHEREAS, Iowa Metal Lo-k-tors Club is performing work within
the city limits of the City of Waterloo, and
D. WHEREAS, said company 's operations exceed the limits of the
Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094 , and
WHEREAS, said company has made formal application for a
vairiance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Iowa Metal Lo-k-tors Club for a
variance to Ordinance No. 3094 , Noise Ordinance be the same and
hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 10th day of May, 1982 .
