BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Cedar Valley Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa
for the F.Y. 1982 N.H.S. Oneida Street Paving, Program No. 2 in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 10th day
of May, 1982, together with the accompanying bond for the faithful
performance of said contract signed by the Merchants Mutual
Bonding Company of Des Moines, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and
the same are hereby, approved.
Passed. and adopted this 10th day of May, 1982 .
