WHEREAS, on the 1st day of April, 1982 , Steven Hoffman
will retire as an employee of the Water Pollution Control
Department in the City of Waterloo, Iowa; and
c WHEREAS, Steven Hoffman has accumulated 3 days ($172 . 28 )
personal leave and is entitled to payment for same; and

;4,, WHEREAS, Steven Hoffman has earned and is entitled to 10
days ( $573 . 60 ) vacation pay, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO
IOWA, that Steven Hoffman be paid the total sum of $745 .68 being
payment in full for above mentioned personal leave and earned
vacation, and that the the Finance Director be, and he is hereby,
authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver same to Steven Hoffman.
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 10th day of May,
19 approved by the Mayor on the 12th day of May, 1982 .
