n O_ n1HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
} retOfor0 instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
p"t•oposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Rath
Fountain and Shirey Plaza of the Waterloo Recreation Center, in
Ole City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
-- WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary
Secif-ications, form of contract, etc. , for the Rath Fountain and
Shirey: P_laza of the Waterloo Recreation Center, which were
preliminarily approved on May 26 , 1982, and
WHEREAS , a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 17 ,
1982'i and no objections were made, now, therefore.
BE, IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that said proposed specifications, proposed form of contract and
bond, etc. , for the Rath Fountain and Shirey Plaza of the Waterloo
Recreation Center, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby approved as filed.
Passed and adopted this 17th day of May, 1982.
