A RESOLUTIOr GRAATING PERMISSION TO LARRY KRIENERT,
AND AUTHORIZIVG CONSTRUCTION OF ONE ( 1 ) TEMPORARY
COUCRETE DRIVEWAY IRRESPECTIVE OP A LATER OFFICIAL
GRADE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATPRLOO, IOWA:
That,
WHEREAS, Larry Krienert, 125 Sidehill Drive, has made
written application to the City Council asking that he be
authorized and permitted to construct one (1) temporary concrete
driveway without respect to a permanent sidewalk grade when and if
the same nay be subsequently set on 125 Sidehill Drive known as
Lichty Fourth Orange Addition, Waterloo, Lot 51 ; and
WHEREAS, it is the sense of the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, that said request should he granted, now,
therefore,
BE IT FURTFFR RESOLVED that perriss ion is hereby granted to
Larry Krienert to construct one ( 1 ) temporary concrete driveway in
accordance with the existing contour of the abutting land with the
subjective understanding and agreement between the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the said Larry Krienert that, should at a
later date a permanent formal grade be established for sidewan
purposes or otherwise, that the said Larry Krienert will
imnediately thereafter, and at his own expense, renove all or
whatever portion of temporary concrete driveway he nay have
constructed, and rebuild or reconstruct the sane in accordance
with the permanent grade as nay hereafter be set and established,
the work to be done under the supervision of the City Engineer.
BP IT FURTHER ausoLvED, that the City Clerk. is authorized
and directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the
Black Hawk County Recorder for recording and the Clack Hawk County
Auditor for filing in order that this said action may becone a
matter of official County Record.
Passed and adopted this 17th day of nay, 1982 .
