RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ENGINEERING CONTRACT
WITH BRICE, PETRIDES, AND ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR F.Y.
t7 1982 SANS SOUCI ISLAND BY-PASS CHANNEL WING DAM,
CONTRACT NO. 237, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID

CONTRACT BY MAYOR AND CITY CLERK.
WHEREAS, engineering service for F.Y. 1982 Sans Souci Island
By-Pass Channel Wing Dam, Contract No. 237 , in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, are needed, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Engineering Contract dated May 17 , 1982, for the F.Y.
1982 Sans` Souci Island By-Pass Channel Wing Dam, Contract No. 237
by 'and between Brice, Petrides and Associates, Inc. , of Des Moines
, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 17th day of May, 1982 .
