1 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
_': AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 - That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
• shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7 : 00 P.M. , on the 24th day of May, 1982, for the
c purpose of considering and acting upon the Amendment of the
current budget for the City of Waterloo for the fiscal year ending
;- June 30 , 1-982 by changing estimates of revenue and expenditure
-i appropriations .
;. Section 2 - That the City Clerk/Auditor is hereby directed
to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterlpoa; Courier.

:Passed and adopted this 17th day of May, 1982.
