RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDENDUM OF THE ORIGINAL
LETTER OF CONDITIONS OF MAY 2003 WITH RICHARD
C. BROWN AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
ADDENDUM BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Addendum dated February 25, 2010 of the original letter
of conditions from May 2003, for the former sale of city -owned
land located at the southwest corner of West 11th Street and
Jefferson Street, by and between Richard C. Brown and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this
