RESOLUTION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF ASSESSMENT
OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDED
GARAGE DEMOLITION IN THE AMOUNT OF $825.00
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 210 DENVER STREET IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following assessment for a Community Development
Block Grant funded garage demolition, be and the same is hereby
abated:
210 Denver Street (Parcel No. 8913-26-305-002
Whitney and Sedgwicks Addition Northwest 30 feet Southeast 90
feet Lot 5 Block 10, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
Amount: $825.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessment be and the same
hereby cancelled and the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed
to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of February, 2010.
