The City of Waterloo, Iowa, took possession and assignment of the Certificate of Purchase following en action by the Black Hawk County Board of Supervisors on July 19, 2022. The City of Watedoo, Iowa, Is now the owner of said Tax Sale Certificate. 4. Your right of redemption pursuant to Iowa Code will expire, and a Deed for the property described above will be made unless redemption Is made within ninety (90) days from the completed service of this notice. 5.
