RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS FOR SHADOW
CREEK CROSSING - PHASES 4 & 5 IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, the following improvements were required as a
precedent to the final approval of Shadow Creek Crossing - Phases
4 & 5: the installation of sanitary sewer in Lois Lane from
Governor Court to 286' west of Huntley Lane, and
WHEREAS, the above improvements have been completed in
substantial conformance with the construction plans, standards
and requirements of the City Engineer.
WHEREAS, Dave Schmitt Construction Company, Inc. has
provided a two-year Maintenance Bond for said Shadow Creek
Crossing - Phases 4 & 5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the improvements for Shadow Creek Crossing -
Phases 4 & 5, be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of February, 2010.
