RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS AND PROMISSORY
NOTES FOR THE DISASTER RECOVERY BUSINESS
RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID DOCUMENTS BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contracts and Promissory Notes dated February 22, 2010,
for the Disaster Recovery Business Rental Assistance Program with
the following businesses:
Beau Monde Boutique and Salon, LLC, 224 E. 4th Street $ 9,090.00
Edo's Sports Bar, LC d.b.a. Club Fever,
313 W. 5th Street $12,000.00
Ned's Auto Repair, LLC, 1400 Black Hawk Street $10,800.00
Grand Cafe Bar, 1402 Black Hawk Street $12,000.00
by and between the Iowa Department of Economic Development and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same are hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of February, 2010.
